Privatisation of Mongolian Telecommunications

• In 2004, the Government of Mongolia selected DBA to offer advice on the privatisation of its shares in Mongolia Telecom. We advised that restructuring beforehand would substantially boost the value of the shares. Restructuring and privatisation have proceeded.
